I certify that information mentioned above is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that nothing contained in this employment application or in the granting of an interview is intended to create an employment contract between MSS Services and myself for either employment or for providing of any benefit. If this application leads to employment, I understand that false or misleading information in my application or interview may result in my release. I understand this application will be kept on file for up to 6 months from the date completed, after which the time I would have to reapply in accordance with established company procedures. I hereby authorize MSS Services to do the background, criminal record, credit check and gather other information related to my stability for employment, and I release them from all liability for damages in collecting this information.
