Safety Shoes must always be worn while working. If you don’t have safety shoes, you will be sent home at your own expense.
Packaging — if the required number of bags are not pie in boxes and we receive complaints, you will be fired immediately without pay and you will also NOT get paid for one day worked previously and you will not be sent to work again. If you are not sure, please weigh the boxes so all the boxes with the same number of bags weigh the same or ask the supervisor.
Our Contract Employee should not use cellphone, earphones or headphones on-site. There is zero tolerance of cell phone, earphones or headphones use while working. You can only use these items at break times or in emergency.
The employee is responsible to pay his or her own taxes
You should not leave work during shift time or you will not get paid for the whole shift.
If an employee does not show up at work on their scheduled shift and does not inform us, then they will not get paid for one full shift worked previously.
If an employee is not able to work on the scheduled shift, he or she has to give us at least one day’s notice to find a replacement. An employee can not send someone in his or her place for a shift. If this happens, then the employee and the person they send will not get paid for one full shift.
You must give two weeks notice before leaving the job. Two weeks payment will be on hold with the company.
If MSS employee or contractor works less than 4 hours, then MSS will not pay the employees or contractors since MSS Services has been instructed not to bill their specific clients.
If the Contract Employee does not give two weeks’ notice, he or she will not be entitled to get the payment for two weeks.
I am going to work with MSS 365 days either continuously or partially. I will not join directly or indirectly with any of our clients while you are employed by MSS Services. I am not entitled to join back with MSS Clients, if they are terminated from MSS because of abusive language or misconduct, even if they complete my term 365 days.
If an employee does not follow the above terms and conditions and in case of an accident, MSS Services will not be liable to take the employee to the hospital or doctor. The employee has to go at his or her own expense.
